Definitions

The BUYER is the purchaser of the goods.
The SELLER is SJW Gems OU

Terms

1. The BUYER is responsible for import duties and tax to the BUYER’s country and/or state.

2. All orders will be shipped by Registered Parcel Delivery without insurance. Insurance is the BUYER’s responsibility.

3. The goods purchased may be returned by the BUYER at any time, no reason is needed. The BUYER will pay the freight costs for returned items. A refund of the invoice price, including shipping will be issued to the BUYER on receipt of the returned goods. The SELLER reserves the right to check that returned items are the original items sent.

買家是指購買本公司貨品之任何人或商戶；
賣家是指SJW Gems

條款

1. 買家需支付買家所在地的進口稅及關稅
2. 賣家將以FEDEX快遞服務為買家訂購的貨品送貨，但並不包括保險。買家需自行安排並支付保險費用。
3. 買家購買貨品後，可於一個月內將已購貨品以原價退回給買家而無需提供任何理由。但買家需支付退貨之運費。賣家收到買家退回之貨品後即會安排退款，金額以原始發票為準。賣家退回貨品必須保存完整無缺，而賣家亦保留追究退回貨品之真偽的權利。
